EL RENO OK Feb 4 1980 -- As two birds take wing Rock Island GP38-2 4319, named Illinois, is ready to depart. EMD built the locomotive in September-November 1976. In 1980 it became Missouri Pacific 2257 and in 1987 became UP 2257. On June 11 2003 it was renumbered UP 757. It was retired by June 2008 and renumbered to a GMTX unit.
