BELEN NM Sept 10 1983 -- Santa Fe SD40u 5010 sits next to what is left of the roundhouse. EMD built the unit as SD40 1710 in April 1966. It was renumbered to 5010 in 1970. It was rebuilt to an SD40u in December 1981 and was renumbered and relettered to BNSF 6310 on Jan 10 2000.
