OKLAHOMA CITY OK Oct 16 1983 -- Santa FE SD40-2 5131 rolls west (compass south) at Britton on its way to Flynn Yard. EMD delivered the 5131 in yellow warbonnet as a Locotrol slave in December 1980. In April 1994 in underwent maintenance at Morrison Knudsen. After the merger with BN it was transferred to BNSF, renumbered 6860 and patched to BNSF. In August 200 it was repainted into the Heritage One scheme. (Roster information from atsfrr.net) |
