Title:  ATSF 8757
Description:  WAYNOKA OK May 1978 -- Santa Fe U36C 8757 rolls past the still moving GP30 3235 on the Transcon. GE built the 8757 in mid 1974. In June 1992 it was laid up bad ordered in Topeka KS. It was retired in Sept 1992, returned to the lessor, sold to Pielet Brothers in July 1992 and eventually scrapped. EMD built the 3235 as ATSF 1235 in 1970. It was rebuilt as a GP30u in July 1986 and renumbered 2735. It was painted in SPSF colors but returned to Santa Fe paint before Jan 1 1991. When Santa Fe and Burlington Northern merged it was renumbered to BNSF 2435. (Roster information from atsfrr.net)
